When placing an order with Lifeworks, it is our promise that we will get your purchase processed, packaged and shipped in a very timely manner. Our goal is to have your order carefully packed and shipped within 6-12 business hours after ordering. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Times

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel which includes $100 insurance on your package, as well as a tracking number, and e-mail notification of the delivery status. Shipping times are calculated to us by Canada Post and are approximate.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers can be found in your shipment confirmation email. You can trace your package with Canada Post by visiting Canada Post's web site at www.canadapost.ca or calling 1-888 550-6333 Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

NOTE: We can not guarantee the return policies of retail outlets which carry our products.

All shipments (Canada Only) include liability coverage for loss or damage up to $100. If your item for some rare occasion becomes damaged or lost, contact us immediately. Outcome of the claim may be affected if damaged items are returned without Lifeworks permission.
