Cancelled orders

A cancellation request for an order can be made if it has not been sent out yet. If the request is made after the order was shipped, the return procedures will need to be followed upon receipt of the merchandise by the customer. We generally ship orders within 1-12 business hours after they are placed. Once the merchandise is returned to our company, we will issue a refund.

NOTICE: The customer is responsible for returning the order and will be re-charged for the replacement order if applicable. A merchandise credit or refund will be issued upon receipt of returned product. Replacement items will only be sent out once we receive your returned product. If you would like the replacement item to be sent right away, we will bill you for it and credit your account once we receive your returned product. Please note that we will not accept returns or exchange for products that have been special ordered for a customer unless these are defective.

Whole order returns that were classified as undeliverable by shipping company, due to customer error, are subject to any additional shipping charges that may be incurred on re-shipment of order to the customer.

We will use reasonable efforts to safeguard any Personal Information that you provide through the Site. Nevertheless, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so you provide your Personal Information at your own risk.
